To Do List

1. Goal: TN able to support NOK system by early December.
   • Need to get NOK system running
   • AH on Holiday 6-18 December
   • TN on Holiday 18-22 November (Thu-Sat)
   • TN would like to be at home Wed evenings (11 Oct to 25 Nov)
2. Setup new MET server:
   • FreeBSD with Apache 2.2(?) and Mysql 5.4 (?)
   • TN waiting for delivery, expected approx. 24-Oct
   • AH to provide server setup notes (in Wiki)
     • Base OS install (including configuration of disk mirroring)
     • Application installation: Apache, MySQL and other required tools
     • DNS and related setup
   • Investigate encrypted file system (GEOM based, see sec. 18.6 in FreeBSD handbook)
   • Backup procedures
3. Plan technical updates and DB model changes for MET system:

   • Fields for Front Page -- Better requirements need from Martin Smith

   • Doc-to-Doc (and Task-to-Task) links
   • Multiple files per revision

   • Incoming serial number (in Drawings table), suggested format: YYYYMMDDnnn

     • Includes ability to have null drawing codes (with id as alternate identifier)
4. DB Model and Technical Solution for Multi-Classification (for MET)
   • To be implemented as release V12.1 (e.g. mark current leading edge as V12.0 BRANCH

   • Includes solution for classification from-to values

5. Implement Release-Submit workflows and Approval N/A approval status (see below, and ReleaseSubmitWorkflow)

6. NOK System Re-Configuration
   • See documents from Axpo/NOK (Stored at ?)

7. MET System CVS update -- DONE

   • Make sure beta system is being backed up

   • Make backup (to lu.softxs.ch:/home/backup) of app, lib and cfg directories

Other Low-Priority Items

1. Install/demonstrate Sybase PowerBuilder application -- DONE

2. Review/catalog TN suggestions for DrawMGT application improvements (See SuggestedDrawMGTEnhancements)

3. Wiki installation for new HU server

1. Goal of showing progress during the Q4 2009

   • Implement Multi-Classifications (See MultiClassification)

   • Add additional ICS Classification Values:
     • Stations?
     • Contracts
   • Migrate a significant set of documents into the system

   • Setup a project Wiki for MET users with an initial set of checklists (in EN & HU languages)

   • Setup HU server (Is this a high priority task?)
